青光眼的早期诊断对治疗及预后意义重大。早期青光眼损害选择性地损伤大直径的视神经纤维(M细胞发出),以数量最少的My亚群表现为著。My亚群细胞的基本特点是对对比转换的正弦刺激的非线性反应即“倍频现象”。倍频技术即以此原理为基础,通过选择性检验My细胞亚群的功能,发现早期青光眼损害。倍频视野计检查方便迅速,结果准确,可重复性高,尤其适于对早期青光眼患者进行筛查。
Early diagnosis of glaucoma is of great significance for the treatment and prognosis. Early glaucoma damage selectively damages large diameter optic nerve fibers (M-cell issuance), with the least number of My subpopulations present. The basic feature of My subpopulation is the nonlinear response to the sinusoidal stimulus of contrasting, the “double frequency phenomenon.” Frequency doubling technology is based on this principle, by selectively testing the function of My cell subsets and found that early glaucoma damage. Frequency doubled fluoroscopy quick and easy, accurate, repeatable, especially suitable for early glaucoma screening.
