X线机中广泛使用的各种类型的继电器是重要的电磁控制元件,它们在各种电路中担负着通断、转换、控制、保护等作用。继电器线圈通电后铁芯吸合,而断电后不能立即释放(机械性引起的故障除外)的现象,称为继电器“剩磁”(延时继电器除外)。继电器轻微剩磁在使用中不易觉察,严重的剩磁由于活动衔铁释放的延迟时间过长,接点无法复原,改变了电路的工作状态,可导致x线机故障。在检修工作中,我们排除过几例这类故障,现简述如下,供同道们参考。一、沈阳FZX03-200/100型X线机控制电路中摄影中间继电器SJ剩磁。
