In our country, kindergartens have always been dominated by female teachers. However, this phenomenon has been quietly changed in recent years. Some kindergartens have attempted to introduce male teachers, albeit a few, but have caused quite a stir that there should be no male teacher in kindergartens. On the surface, the focus of this debate is around the gender of kindergarten teachers, which in fact reflects many of the issues in early childhood education.
