电视连续剧《大宋提刑官》(下文简称《大》)的热播与得失有其文化依据,本文侧重三个主要方面的渊源与现实、传承与发展,试谈如下。一、公案戏与清官情结《大》剧的题材归类按传统的分法当属公案戏或清官戏。界定是否为“公案”,须有官吏审案这一基本内容,还应包括发案、判案、结案三层结构。宋元时期或更早就已经产生的公案戏还需有两个条件,一是案情比较复杂,太简单就失去了“戏剧性”;二是最终案件被侦破,坏人受惩
