《小说》半月刊系原《良友画报》主编梁得所在上海创办,由大众出版社出版发行。1934年5月创刊,1935年3月废刊,共计出版十九期。主编即梁得所,发行人为黄式匡,第1至第7期编辑为包天笑之子包可华和黄苗子,第8期至第19期的编辑为丽尼和黄苗子。该杂志前两期为月刊,自1934年7月1日第3期起改为半月刊,其开本和栏目设计 “Fiction” semi-monthly Department of the original “good friend” Pictorial editor Liang was founded in Shanghai, published by the public press. 1934 May start publication, March 1935 scrapped, a total of nineteen issues.
