研究了用光纤对碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料成型过程进行实时监测的方法和系统。通过测量复合材料成型过程中树脂折射率的变化来反映树脂的粘度变化和固化过程。设计了一种用于固化监测的光纤传感探头,可以在很大的程度上减弱树脂中缺陷对测量的影响,并且使用方便。研制了复合材料成型过程计算机实时监测系统。用该系统在压机上对碳纤维环氧树脂复合材料的模压成型过程进行了实时监测实验。实验结果表明,该系统工作稳定、可靠,测试结果反映了树脂的固化过程。
The method and system for real-time monitoring of the molding process of carbon fiber epoxy composites by optical fiber are studied. The change of viscosity and the curing process of the resin can be reflected by measuring the change of the refractive index of the resin during the forming process of the composite material. An optical fiber sensing probe designed for curing monitoring is designed to greatly reduce the influence of defects in the resin on the measurement and is easy to use. Developed a computer real-time monitoring system of composite material forming process. The system was used in the press on carbon fiber epoxy composite material molding process of real-time monitoring experiments. The experimental results show that the system work is stable and reliable, the test results reflect the curing process of the resin.
