目的探讨员工工作流畅状态与性别、年龄及价值观之间的关系,为人力资源管理提供依据。方法通过对125名员工的问卷调查分析。结果清晰的目标与年龄呈正相关(r=0.177*),男性与女性员工在享受的体验这一维度差别接近显著水平(t=1.88,P=0.06);工作流畅状态与帮助他人、成就感与高兴的(快乐的)三种价值观正相关(相关系数分别为r=0.180*,r=0.180*,r=0.182*)。结论女性员工更容易从工作中获得享受的体验;帮助他人、成就感与高兴的(快乐的)三种价值观对工作流畅状态有正向影响作用。
Objective To explore the relationship between the smooth working conditions of employees and their gender, age and values and to provide the basis for human resource management. Methods Based on a questionnaire survey of 125 employees. The clear-cut goal was positively correlated with age (r = 0.177 *). The difference between the experience of male and female employees was close to a significant level (t = 1.88, P = 0.06) Pleasure (happiness) three values are positively correlated (correlation coefficients were r = 0.180 *, r = 0.180 *, r = 0.182 *). Conclusion Female employees are more likely to enjoy the enjoyment of their work experience; the three values of helping others, feeling of accomplishment and being happy (positive) have a positive effect on the smooth flow of work.
