关于胎儿生物物理功能,以前只是在孕足月做出超声诊断,为了了解胎儿行为的发育状况,作者对孕末3个月期间的健康胎儿实行纵向研究。受试对象为35名健康孕妇,从孕28周起每两周做下述检查:Hewlett-Packard 80型胎心产力描记仪带外用超声换能器记录胎儿心率(FHR),用线阵型Aloka SSD-250型和Aloka SSD-210F型实时超声扫描仪检查胎儿头部和胎儿体部。作者曾发表过分析胎心产力描记仪的记录标准,凡综合下述条件者为活动期(active Phase):FHR变异大于10次/分,有胎心率加快(至少15次/分,观查15秒),孕妇自觉胎动(FM),回声图可见明显胎动。凡符合下述条件者为静息期(quiet phase):FHR
