目的:制备清醒家兔心绞痛模型,以便更好的进行抗心绞痛药物研究。方法:家兔在固定盒中适应性训练一段时间后,右前肢及双后肢电极放置区去毛,贴附带泡沫垫的Ag/AgCl电极,连接多导生理记录仪测定Ⅱ导联心电图。耳缘iv血管加压素0.05IU/kg诱发心绞痛。并观察硝苯地平、硝酸甘油对该模型的影响。结果:清醒家兔iv加压素0.05IU/kg,可导致心电图T波电压升高。给予硝苯地平、硝酸甘油可减弱加压素引起的T波抬高。结论:该模型结果可靠,有利于抗心绞痛药物的研究。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare awake angina pectoris model for better anti-anginal drug research. Methods: After adaptive training in rabbits for a period of time, the right forelimb and the hindlimb electrodes were de-haired, Ag / AgCl electrodes with foam pad attached, and multi-channel electrophysiograph was used to determine the electrocardiogram of Ⅱ lead. Ear edge iv vasopressin 0.05 IU / kg induced angina. The effects of nifedipine and nitroglycerin on the model were observed. Results: Awake rabbit iv vasopressin 0.05IU / kg, can lead to ECG T wave voltage. Given nifedipine, nitroglycerin can reduce vasopressin-induced T wave elevation. Conclusion: This model is reliable and beneficial to the study of antianginal drugs.
