作者从上海土壤中分离到一株以石蜡油为碳源的分枝杆菌Mycobacteium sp.A-3,并从该菌石蜡油发酵液中分离到石油醚可溶酸和石油醚不溶酸.石油醚可溶酸主要为饱和脂肪酸,石油醚不溶酸主要为3,5,7-三羟基取代的十五、十六、十七烷酸的混合物.本文报道两个支链饱和脂肪酸的结构鉴定. 石油醚可溶酸经逆流分溶法分离,得两种主要成份1和2,它们都为无色液体,比旋光为正,高锰酸钾不饱和性检定阴性.经元素分析、中和当量和碳甲基测定,提示分别为含有两个
Mycobacterium sp. A-3, a mycobacterium sp. Oil source, was isolated from the soil of Shanghai. The petroleum ether-soluble and petroleum ether-insoluble acid were isolated from the paraffin oil fermentation broth. Soluble acids are mainly saturated fatty acids, petroleum ether insoluble acid is mainly a mixture of 3,5,7-trihydroxy-substituted pentadecane, hexadecanoic acid and palmitic acid.This paper reports the structural identification of two branched-chain saturated fatty acids. The ether soluble acid was separated by countercurrent dissolution to give two main components 1 and 2, all of which were colorless liquids, positive than the optical rotation and negative for the potassium permanganate unsaturation test.
