环丙沙星和诺氟沙星系合成广谱抗菌剂。此类药物对茶碱、咖啡因等许多药物的代谢有干扰作用。本文报道平均年龄(SD)68.4(18.5)岁的48名病人,其中女性25(占52%)名。病人中有39名合并服用环丙沙星和茶碱,平均2.6d(1～7d),有9名并用诺氟沙星和茶碱。经测定,茶碱浓度平均变化为114%(32%～308%)。并用环丙沙星和茶碱的39名病人中有14名(占36%)出现癫痫,平均年龄72.1(30～94)岁。并用诺氟沙星和茶碱的9名病人中有3名出现癫痫(占33%),用药天数各为14.9和8d,年龄各为63、83和93岁。
Ciprofloxacin and norfloxacin line synthesis of broad-spectrum antibacterial agent. Such drugs on theophylline, caffeine and many other drugs have interference with the metabolism. This article reports the mean age (SD) of 48 patients aged 68.4 (18.5 years), of whom 25 were female (52%). Among the patients, 39 were combined with ciprofloxacin and theophylline, with an average of 2.6 days (1-7 days), nine with norfloxacin and theophylline. The measured average theophylline concentration was 114% (32% ~ 308%). Epilepsy occurred in 14 of 39 patients (36%) with ciprofloxacin and theophylline, with an average age of 72.1 (30-94) years. Epilepsy (33%) occurred in 3 out of 9 patients with norfloxacin and theophylline, with days of medication of 14.9 and 8 days, respectively, at ages 63, 83 and 93 years.
