本文利用 1 4对引物组合对 AFLP标记在两芒果品种间 ( Keitt× Tommy)杂交 F1代的多态性及分离方式进行的研究结果表明 ,AFLP标记在该 F1代群体中的多态性较高 ,分离位点出现的平均频率是 37.1 6%。分离方式有孟德尔分离、偏孟德尔分离及异常分离 3种方式。 3种分离位点出现的平均频率与数量分别为 2 1 .1 3%、1 49,1 5.74%、1 1 1 ,2 .2 7%、1 6,其中孟德尔分离位点占分离位点总数的 53.99%。该研究结果可为进一步利用该群体构建芒果 AFLP遗传图谱打下良好的工作基础并提供一定的理论依据。
In this study, 14 pairs of primer combinations were used to study the polymorphism and segregation pattern of F1 hybrids between two mango cultivars (Keitt × Tommy) using AFLP markers. The results showed that AFLP markers had a higher polymorphism The average frequency of isolates was 37.1 6%. There are three ways of separation: Mendelian separation, partial Mendelian separation and abnormal separation. The average frequencies and numbers of the three isolates were 21.1%, 119.174%, 11.1%, 2.27%, 16%, respectively, of which the Mendelian isolates accounted for the segregation sites 53.99% of the total. The results of this study will lay a good foundation for further utilization of this population to construct the genetic map of AFLP in mangroves and provide some theoretical basis.
