金龟子绿僵菌对马铃薯田小云斑鳃金龟子的生物防治潜力评价

小云斑鳃金龟(Polyphylla laticolla laticollis Lewis)是近年来云南省危害马铃薯块茎的地下害虫之一,发生危害严重。本试验在室内测定了从棕色金龟子(Holotrichia titanis Reitter)幼虫体上分离的金龟子绿僵菌[Metarhizium anisopliaeMetschnikoff (Sorokin)] MA0107对小云斑鳃金龟(P. laticolla laticollis Lewis)幼虫的毒力,并用时间-剂量-死亡率模型进行了模拟分析,同时对该菌种在土壤中的宿存能力进行了测定。结果表明,该绿僵菌菌株对小云斑鳃金龟幼虫具有较强的毒力,剂量效应参数为0.74;该绿僵菌分生孢子在土壤中的宿存量随接种后时间的延续而下降,每克土壤中的成菌落数的对数与处理后的天数成线性相关关系,其有效杀虫成分的分生孢子在土中的半衰期为17天。由此在马铃薯整个生育期内,在土壤中施放该菌种防治小云斑鳃金龟幼虫时,放菌次数应为2~3次。 Polyphylla laticolla laticollis Lewis is one of the underground pests that endanger potato tubers in Yunnan Province in recent years. The results showed that the strain of Metarhizium anisopliae had strong virulence to the larvae of M. scolyte, with a dose-response parameter of 0.74. The amount of conidia of M. anisopliae in the soil decreased with the extension of time after inoculation, The logarithm of the number of colonies per gram of soil was linearly correlated with the number of days after treatment, and the half life of the effective insecticidal component of conidia in the soil was 17 days. Therefore, during the whole growth period of potato, the strain should be applied 2 to 3 times when it is applied in the soil to prevent and control the small cloud-spotted beetle larvae.
