腹腔镜设备与器械的管理

腹腔镜手术是近20年来临床运用的一项新技术,它广泛运用于临床外科,并得以迅速发展。它具有微创、术后恢复快、美容效果显著等优点。我院现有腹腔镜系统5套(Stryker988,olynpus,富士仑),月腹腔镜手术约200多台,仪器性能良好,使用状况满意。腹腔镜是由摄像监视系统、CO2气腹系统、多功能单、双极高频电刀及器械系统、抽吸冲洗机组成。其仪器昂贵,器械精密,对精密仪器设备的应用,必须制定出一个科学系统有效的管理和保养制度,保证手术的顺利完成并尽量延长其使用寿命。下面着重介绍其管理及保养方法。 Laparoscopic surgery is a new technique that has been clinically applied in the past 20 years. It has been widely used in clinical surgery and has been rapidly developed. It has the advantages of minimally invasive, rapid postoperative recovery, and significant cosmetic results. Our hospital has 5 sets of laparoscopic systems (Stryker988, olynpus, and Fujinlun), and about 200 laparoscopic laparoscopic surgeries. The instrument has good performance and satisfactory conditions of use. The laparoscope is composed of a camera monitoring system, a CO2 pneumoperitoneum system, a multi-function single-, bipolar high-frequency electric knife and instrument system, and a suction washing machine. Its equipment is expensive and the equipment is sophisticated. For the application of precision instruments and equipment, an effective system of scientific management and maintenance must be established to ensure the successful completion of the operation and extend its service life as much as possible. The following focuses on its management and maintenance methods.
