编者按П_(11)钢系我国自行设计的高温耐合金钢。目前巳大量用于12.5万千瓦及30万千瓦机组的对流过热器、再热器管、屏式过热器管的外圈等管道上。上海发电设备成套所对П_(11),钢管性能进行了长期的、大量的复核试验。试验结果最引人注意的是:П_(11)钢管600℃持久强度比YB529-70标准推荐值9.4kgf/mm~2低2.7kgf/mm~2;620℃持久强度比推荐值低1.4kgf/mm~2。试验时间最长达16145小时,断裂时塑性相当高。这一情况应引起设计及运行部门充分注意。为此本刊特刊载这篇文章供有关位单对П_(11)钢管的设计、强度复核和事故分析等工作时参考。
