对1995年3次全国赛的观察和访问调查，我们把投技中的连络技分为两大类：一是自己的技术连络变化，二是对方的技术连络变化，同时根据两大类又分为同方向，前后方向和左右方向，这些是最常见几种技术动作转换。分析和实践可以表明，在熟练掌握柔道动作技术条件下，以自己得意技为中心，以各种技术为辅助，比赛中掌握好速度和时机，根据不同情况，连络变化成各种进攻方式，会使进攻更具有彻底性和变化性。
