本文以增强混凝土的韧性为出发点,结合材料弹塑性理论,考虑通过纤维和废旧胶粉共混,利用纤维的高抗拉和高延性以及橡胶的高弹性来对水泥混凝土进行改性。试验选取颗粒粒径为20目的胶粉,聚丙烯纤维按照一定比例掺入混凝土中,通过压折比、弹性模量、弯曲韧性来评价胶粉纤维改善水泥混凝土的韧性。试验结果表明:在普通水泥混凝土中掺加胶粉和纤维后,可使混凝土的压折比降低、弹性模量降低、提高混凝土的冲击韧性和变形能力。从而达到提高混凝土韧性的目的。
In this paper, the toughness of concrete is taken as the starting point. According to the material elastic-plastic theory, the cement concrete is modified by the blending of fiber and waste rubber powder, the high tensile and high ductility of fiber, and the high elasticity of rubber. The particle size of 20 mesh rubber powder was selected. The polypropylene fiber was mixed into concrete according to a certain proportion. The compression ratio, elastic modulus and flexural toughness were used to evaluate the rubber fiber to improve the toughness of cement concrete. The test results show that the addition of rubber powder and fiber to ordinary cement concrete can reduce the compression ratio of concrete, reduce the elastic modulus, and improve the impact toughness and deformation capacity of concrete. So as to achieve the purpose of improving the toughness of concrete.
