本文通过对部分全玻璃真空太阳集热管(以下简称“真空管”)检测数据的分析,归纳了真空管的质量现状,根据分析结果总结了现行国家标准GB/T 17049—2005《全玻璃真空太阳集热管》存在的几个问题,指出部分指标偏低,与现行国家标准GB/T 19141—2011《家用太阳能热水系统技术条件》部分指标要求不相协调,建议对GB/T 17049—2005《全玻璃真空太阳集热管》进行修订。
Based on the analysis of the testing data of some all-glass vacuum solar heat collectors (hereinafter referred to as “vacuum tubes”), this paper summarizes the current quality of the vacuum tubes and summarizes the current national standard GB / T 17049-2005 “Full Glass Vacuum Sun Collector ”several problems, pointed out that some of the indicators are low, with the current national standard GB / T 19141-2011“ domestic solar hot water system technical conditions ”part of the indicators do not meet the requirements, it is recommended GB / T 17049-2005“ All-glass vacuum tube solar collector ”to be revised.
