采用正交试验法探讨心乐片中挥发性成分 β-环状糊精的包裹工艺。以包裹物挥发油含量作为本实验考察指标 ,考察了 β-环状糊精的用量、混合方式、包裹时间、β-环状糊精与水配比量四个因素。实验结果表明 ,最佳包裹工艺条件为 A2 B2 C3D1 ,即挥发油∶ β-环状糊精∶水按 1∶ 6∶ 2 0 0的比例 ,用胶体磨混合 3 0 min的包裹工艺为最佳。经差热分析 ,包裹物为一新的物相。
Orthogonal test was used to investigate the encapsulation process of volatile components of β-cyclodextrin in Xinle tablets. The volatile oil content of the inclusions was used as the index of this experiment. Four factors were investigated: the amount of β-cyclodextrin, the mixing method, the coating time, and the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to water. The experimental results show that the optimum coating process conditions are A2 B2 C3D1, ie, the ratio of volatile oil: β-cyclodextrin:water is 1:6:200, and the wrapping process with colloid mill mixing for 30 min is the best. After differential thermal analysis, the wrapper is a new phase.
