人力资源管理和组织学习是提升组织绩效的关键因素,这个问题促使形成一个有良好组织学习能力的环境。本文基于人力资源管理、组织学习和组织绩效之间的关系,提出三者之间的关系模型假设。通过调查问卷的数据收集和数据分析,给出三者的结构模型图,最后使用结构方程模型对三者之间的关系进行量化分析,验证了模型的可行性,证实了三者之间是相互转化、相互影响、层层相扣的相关关系。进而从提高组织绩效的视角提出了企业加强人力资源与组织学习的一些建议。本文的研究结论对于人力资源管理与组织学习领域具有理论和实践双重意义。
Human resource management and organizational learning are key elements in improving organizational performance and contribute to an environment of good organizational learning. Based on the relationship between human resource management, organizational learning and organizational performance, this paper puts forward the hypothesis of the relationship between the three models. Through the data collection and data analysis of the questionnaire, the structural model of the three is given, and finally the structural equation model is used to quantitatively analyze the relationship between the three, which verifies the feasibility of the model and confirms that the three are mutual Transformation, interaction, layers of related relations. Then from the perspective of improving organizational performance, some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the human resources and organizational learning. The conclusion of this paper has both theoretical and practical significance in the fields of human resource management and organizational learning.
