低强度等级的泵送混凝土由于胶凝材料用量较少,混凝土容易产生泌水和离析,粗集料沉降也较严重,影响了混凝土拌合物的性能和泵送施工性能。针对这一现象,作者对采石场进站的单粒级集料进行三级配或两级配处理,较好地解决了粗集料级配较差对混凝土性能的不利影响,使粗集料的空隙率降至43%以下,有效地减小了混凝土的泌水和离析,混凝土拌合物的性能有很大提高。
