多轴车削现已进入到一个新的基础:可以为每一主轴编程,使之在任一主轴位置以单独的转速工作。这样就可以对难加工或直到现在不能加工的材料以及轮廓过渡大的工件,用最优化的参数以各自合适的切削速度进行加工。
Multi-axis turning has now entered a new foundation: Each spindle can be programmed to operate at a single speed at either spindle position. This allows machining of materials that are difficult to machine or that can not be machined to date, as well as workpieces with large contours and transitions, with the optimum parameters at the appropriate cutting speeds.
