Recently, the U.S. National Archives also found a number of historical records of the Constituent Assembly in 1787, the first time these documents have met the world. The newly released precious manuscript can help historians more fully understand the spirit of the Philadelphia constitutional assembly more than 200 years ago. At the time of the Constituent Assembly, some representatives, including those who preserved the official records of the meeting, had excerpts of the meeting at the time. Although no evidence has yet been found to establish what is left of the delegates, the record of the agreed meeting is not published until a specific time, but many indications are that there may well be some tacit agreement between the representatives. Therefore, it was not until 34 years after the Constituent Assembly, that is, 1821, when the first note on the conference that had a significant impact on the historical development of the United States was formally published,
