目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定消炎灵片中苦玄参苷I_A含量的方法。方法:色谱柱Agilent ZORBAX SB C_(18)(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(34:66),检测波长:264 nm,流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),柱温:30℃。结果:苦玄参苷I_A进样量在0.271～2.435μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为99.6%,RSD=1.4%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便,快速易行,结果准确可靠,可作为消炎灵片中苦玄参苷I_A的含量测定方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of I_A in bitter scrophulariaceae by HPLC. Methods: Agilent ZORBAX SB C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (34:66) at a detection wavelength of 264 nm and a flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1. Column temperature: 30 ℃. Results: The linear range of 0.181 ~ 2.435μg for the injection of bitter figurin was linear (r = 0.999 9). The average recoveries were 99.6% and RSD = 1.4% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, fast and easy to operate, the results are accurate and reliable, and can be used as a method for the determination of bitter scrophulariaceae glycosides I_A.
