采用乙腈提取、超高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用分析检测的方法,研究了嘧菌酯在山东、安徽和陕西3地苹果和土壤中的消解动态及最终残留。结果表明:采用10%嘧菌酯悬浮剂在有效成分150 mg/kg施药剂量下对苹果植株和土壤分别喷雾施药一次,嘧菌酯在苹果中的半衰期(t1/2)为2.97~4.36 d,在土壤中的半衰期(t1/2)为2.80~4.73 d;而在150 mg/kg施药剂量下施药4次,第4次施药后14 d,嘧菌酯在苹果和土壤中的的最终残留量均低于检出限(0.01 mg/kg),远低于欧盟规定的最大残留限量值(0.05 mg/kg)。
