本文简要论述了中国加入世界贸易组织之后，我国各行各业面临的机遇与挑战，以及为了应付国外跨国公司的竞争，保护民族工商业，政府和企业应该采取的对策，强调企业和政府必须通力合作才能更好地应对加入世贸组织后所面临的挑战。
This article briefly discusses the opportunities and challenges confronting China’s trades and industries after China’s accession to the World Trade Organization and the countermeasures that national and commercial enterprises, government and enterprises should take to deal with the competition of foreign multinationals. It emphasizes that enterprises and governments must work together To better meet the challenges faced after joining the WTO.
