以连杆衬套表面形貌为研究对象,对采集来的表面形貌数据根据波长不同,利用小波函数将其分解成低频和高频信号。其中低频信号代表表面粗糙度评定的基准面,高频信号代表表面粗糙度。然后重构出表面粗糙度。该方法可以较为精确地评定零件的表面粗糙度。
Taking the surface morphology of the connecting rod bushing as the research object, the data of the surface topography collected are decomposed into low-frequency and high-frequency signals by using the wavelet function according to different wavelengths. The low frequency signal represents the reference surface roughness evaluation, high frequency signal represents the surface roughness. Then reconstruct the surface roughness. This method can be more accurately assess the surface roughness of parts.
