通过对煤矿岩石巷道掘进爆破振动信号进行直观分析和频谱分析,得出影响巷道掘进爆破振动的因素主要有埋深、爆心距、掏槽眼最大段药量、总药量。通过工程实例分析,在保证巷道掘进进尺的情况下,改变掏槽方式和减小掏槽眼最大段药量,降振效果更加明显,能够使围岩稳定性增大,达到安全经济的巷道掘进爆破。
Through the visual analysis and spectrum analysis of blasting vibration signals of rock tunnel roadway in coal mine, it is concluded that the main influencing factors of blasting vibration in roadway tunneling are depth of burial, explosive center distance, the maximum section of cut tunnel, total dose. Through the analysis of engineering examples, under the condition of ensuring the tunneling footage, changing the way of cutting and reducing the maximum section dose of undercutting, the effect of vibration reduction is more obvious, which can increase the stability of surrounding rock and achieve safe and economical tunneling blasting.
