正值世纪钟声即将敲响，我国即将阔步迈进“世贸”大家庭，国企改革攻坚战向纵横发展之际，党的十五届四中全会作出了《中共中央关于国有企业改革和发展若干重大问题的决定》。具有重大现实意义的《决定》，指明了国企改革的方向，给人们以极大的信心和决心。 上海的国企对我国的经济作出过巨大的贡献，有过辉煌的历史，国企改革也一直是全国关注的重点。随着改革的深入发展，如何打好改革的攻坚战，开拓国企改革和发展的新局面，这是当前理论界、企业界学习《决定》的重中之重。为此，新世纪之初，本刊特辟“新世纪上海企业管理论坛”，组织部份理论界专家和具有代表性的大型企业的著名企业家就学习贯彻《决定》进行专题研讨，目的是通过本专栏学习领会《决定》精神，促进国企的改革和发展，再创国企的辉煌。 Just as the bell of the century is about to ring out, our country is about to march into the “WTO” big family. To this end, at the beginning of the new century, the magazine publishes the “New Century Shanghai Enterprise Management Forum” and organizes some experts from the theoretical circles and famous large-scale enterprises to conduct seminars on the study and implementation of the “Decision” Through this column, we will learn from and understand the spirit of “decision”, promote the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, and create the brilliant state-owned enterprises.
