以5种黄瓜幼苗为试验材料,8℃低温处理7 d。分析5种黄瓜生长状态、相对电导率(relative electric conductivity,REC)、超氧根阴离子(O2-)组织化学定位和脯氨酸含量的积累等,并利用隶属函数法综合评价5种黄瓜的抗寒能力。显示:低温处理后,5种黄瓜幼苗在形态上表现出不同程度的伤害,新津优1号和新津春4号已经倒伏,唐山秋瓜、津研4号和春夏秋王均出现了不同程度的萎蔫和失水现象。各品种的鲜质量和叶面积也有明显的降低,其中新津春4号的减少率最大,春夏秋王的减少率最小。O_2~-组织化学定位显示,与对照组相比,5种黄瓜O_2~-的分布均显著增加,其中春夏秋王染色面积最小,新津春4号染色面积最大。5种黄瓜的REC和细胞膜伤害率(membrance injury percentage,MIP)均显著升高,其中新津优1号增幅最大,春夏秋王增幅最小。与对照组相比,5种黄瓜脯氨酸的积累量均有显著差异,其中新津春4号的积累量最少。通过隶属函数综合分析,5个栽培品种黄瓜的抗寒性依次为:春夏秋王>津研4号>唐山秋瓜>新津优1号>新津春4号。春夏秋王抗寒性最强,可以作为北方设施栽培的选育品种。
Five kinds of cucumber seedlings were used as experimental materials and treated at 8 ℃ for 7 days. REC and membrance injury percentage (MIP) of 5 kinds of cucumber were significantly increased, among which, Xinjinu 1 increased the most, and spring, summer and autumn increased the least. Compared with the control group, the accumulation of proline in five kinds of cucumbers were significantly different, among them Xinjinchun 4 had the least accumulation. Through the membership function analysis, the cold resistance of 5 cucumber cultivars were as follows: spring, summer and autumn> Jinyan 4> Tangshan Qiuqiu> Xinjinyou 1> Xinjinchun 4. Spring, summer, autumn and winter, the strongest cold tolerance, can be used as breeding varieties of northern facilities.
