从矿用锚喷机分料盘的实际工作条件出发,利用扫描电子显微镜和电子探针观察分析分料盘的磨损机理.在全面考虑分料盘磨损影响因素的基础上,选择高铬铸铁作为分料盘新材料.通过适当地调整高铬铸铁化学成分和热处理工艺,使之符合制造分料盘的要求.实验结果表明,采用高铬铸铁制造的分料盘不仅具有高的耐磨性,其它性能也满足要求,使分料盘的使用寿命大大延长,从而降低了锚喷成本.
Based on the actual working conditions of sub-material tray of mine anchor anchor spraying machine, the wear mechanism of sub-material tray was observed and analyzed by scanning electron microscope and electron probe. Based on the comprehensive consideration of the influencing factors of sub-tray wear, high-chrome cast iron was selected as the new material for sub-tray. By properly adjusting the chemical composition of high-chromium cast iron and heat treatment process, make it in line with the requirements of manufacturing sub-tray. Experimental results show that the use of high chromium cast iron disc not only has high wear resistance, and other properties also meet the requirements, so that the sub-tray life greatly extended, thus reducing the cost of anchor spray.
