改革开放二十年来,旅游业作为一个完整的产业随着旅游消费的平民化、大众化和生活化显示出越来越重要的地位。同时,旅游企业之间的竞争亦愈演愈烈。面临着更深一步的开放——加入WTO,中国旅游业会遇到前所示有的冲击:国际大型旅游公司将凭借雄厚的实力与优质的服务展开与国内企业的竞争,这是一场集约化、规模化对粗放经营的挑战,胜负优劣不言而喻。在这种形势下,一个旅游企业如何才能在夹缝中突出重围、求得生存?这是目前国内旅游业必须解决的一个问题。
