以往的茶树栽培研究大都偏重于产量的提高,对于茶叶品质,则过份依赖于从制茶工艺上下功夫。茶鲜叶化学成分(自然品质)是茶叶品质形成的物质基础。茶叶品质的高低,除与制茶工艺密不可分外,采摘、修剪、施肥、土壤物理条件等栽培技术至关重要。随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的人希望能喝 Most of the previous studies on the cultivation of tea trees are mostly focused on the improvement of yield.
