目的观察阿托伐他汀对原发性高血压患者脉搏波传导速度(PWV)的影响。方法入选104例原发性高血压患者,测定基础PWV,随机分为常规组和阿托伐他汀组,常规组选用依那普利和拉西地平;阿托伐他汀组在常规组降压药的基础上加用阿托伐他汀20mg,1次/d。治疗6月,重复测定PWV。结果两组血压控制良好,阿托伐他汀组的收缩压[(128.6±11.8)mmHg]、舒张压[(79.4±7.5)mmHg]、PWV[(10.3±2.6)m/s]分别低于常规组[收缩压(134.4±12.5)mmHg、舒张压(83.2±4.7)mmHg、PWV(11.2±2.5)m/s],两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。校正血压因素后,PWV差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀除降低血脂以外,还具有降低原发性高血压患者PWV的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of atorvastatin on pulse wave velocity (PWV) in patients with essential hypertension.
