目的 :探讨螺旋CT三维成像 (MPR、OMPRandSSD)在脊柱爆裂骨折诊断中的应用价值。材料与方法 :对 2 3例脊柱骨折的患者进行螺旋CT扫描 ,准值宽度 4mm ,螺距 1~ 1 5 ,重建间隔 2mm ,扫描完成后 ,将原始数据传入工作站进行MPR、OMPR和SSD重建 ,结果 :单椎体骨折 2 1例 ,多椎体骨折 2例。MPR、OMPR结合轴位图像可进一步明确骨折、脱位及椎管情况 ;SSD可以任意旋转图像 ,能从不同的角度进行观察 ,可进行自由切割 ,尤其对椎管内骨碎块的显示有明显的优势。结论 :螺旋CT三维成像能对脊柱爆裂骨折的术前诊断提供更多有价值的信息和发挥重要作用
Objective: To investigate the value of helical CT three-dimensional imaging (MPR, OMPRandSSD) in the diagnosis of spondylolisthesis fracture. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Thirty-three patients with spinal fractures were scanned by spiral CT with a standard value of 4 mm in width and a pitch of 1-15. The reconstruction interval was 2 mm. After the scan was completed, the original data were sent to the workstation for MPR, OMPR and SSD reconstruction. Results: Single vertebral fracture in 21 cases, multiple vertebral fractures in 2 cases. MPR, OMPR combined with axial images can further define the fracture, dislocation and spinal canal situation; SSD can rotate the image, can be observed from different angles, free cutting, especially for spinal bone fragments showed obvious Advantage. Conclusion: Three-dimensional spiral CT can provide more valuable information and play an important role in preoperative diagnosis of burst fractures of the spine
