本文报道应用花粉制剂前列康片治疗老年男性泌尿系常见病前列腺增生症100例,与30例空白对照组比较,有显著性差异。症状有效率93％,残余尿有效率73.2％,用药后51例B超测定前列腺体积有明显缩小(P<0.05-0.01),总有效率95％。长期服用无明显副作用,随疗程延长,疗效相应增高。花粉制剂治疗前列腺增生症的机理可能与其抗雄性激素作用及改善尿道粘膜及其周围组织水肿有关。 This paper reports the application of Polypeptide Qianliekang tablets in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia in the elderly urinary tract common 100 cases, compared with 30 cases of blank control group, there are significant differences. Symptoms were 93% effective, residual urine effective rate 73.2%, after treatment with 51 cases of B-ultrasound prostate volume was significantly reduced (P <0.05-0.01), the total efficiency of 95%. Long-term use without obvious side effects, with prolonged course of treatment, the corresponding increase in efficacy. The mechanism of pollen preparations in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia may be related to its anti-androgen effect and improve the urethral mucosa and its surrounding tissue edema.
