篮球运动历来深受广大中小学生的喜爱,如今越来越多的中学生喜欢并选择篮球运动。由于篮球运动是身体对抗比较强的运动项目,因此学生在篮球运动中发生运动损伤的情况较普遍。通过自身工作经验和自身的经历,发现不少学生在篮球运动中的不良习惯不仅没有起到强身健体的作用,反而对身体产生了非常大的伤害,有的甚至对以后产生非常不利的影响。只有充分认识到这些不良习惯,才能在篮球运动中做主动预防损伤,学会损伤后的一些急救常识,才能防止伤害事故的发生,有利于篮球运动在学校的进一步普及和发展。
Basketball has always been loved by the majority of primary and secondary students, and now more and more secondary school students like and choose basketball. As basketball is a relatively strong physical confrontation exercise, so students in sports injuries occur more common in basketball. Through my own work experience and my own experience, I found that many bad habits of students in basketball not only failed to play the role of physical and mental health but also caused very great harm to the body, and some even had a very adverse impact on the future . Only fully aware of these bad habits in order to take the initiative to prevent injuries in basketball, learn some common sense after the first injury in order to prevent the occurrence of injuries, is conducive to the further popularization and development of basketball in schools.
