众所周知,作用于感光材料涂层上的外力(如压力、弯曲和摩擦)可以引起光密度的变化。当压力小于1公斤/厘米~2时,会引起减感;强力作用下将产生灰雾。但是到目前为止作为衡量胶片(尤其是X光片)质量的重要参数—乳剂层对外力的灵敏度,尚没有一种测试方法。本文提供了一种胶片对于弯曲灵敏度的测试方法,并对测试结果进行了理论探讨。
It is well-known that external forces (such as pressure, bending and friction) acting on the photosensitive material coating can cause a change in optical density. When the pressure is less than 1 kg / cm ~ 2, it will cause desensitization; strong will produce fog. However, as of now there is no test method for measuring the sensitivity of the emulsion layer to the external force, which is an important parameter for measuring the quality of the film (especially the X-ray film). This paper provides a test method for bending sensitivity of film and discusses the test results theoretically.
