本研究给家兔注射胰岛素或喂甲状腺素,以观察体内LPL、H-TGL活性的改变。结果表明这两种激素对血浆PHLA(LPL+H-TGL)影响相同;而对不同组织的LPL有不同的作用。同时观察了血浆脂蛋白水平的改变,结果分析表明:注射胰岛素后HDL水平的升高作同PHLA升高正相关(r=0.852,P<0.05);喂甲状腺素后LDL水平升高同PHLA升高正相关(r=0.920,P<0.05)。结果提示。不同组织LPL活性的改变对脂蛋白代谢有不同的影响,脂肪组织LPL活性的升高可能有助于HDL水平的升高。
In this study, rabbits were injected with insulin or thyroxine to observe changes in LPL and H-TGL activity in vivo. The results show that these two hormones have the same effect on plasma PHLA (LPL+H-TGL), but have different effects on LPL in different tissues. At the same time, changes in plasma lipoprotein levels were observed. Analysis of the results showed that elevated HDL levels after insulin injection were positively correlated with elevated PHLA (r=0.852, P<0.05); LDL levels increased with PHLA after thyroxine was fed. High positive correlation (r=0.920, P<0.05). The results suggest. Changes in LPL activity in different tissues have different effects on lipoprotein metabolism, and elevated LPL activity in adipose tissue may contribute to elevated HDL levels.
