在目前铁路及公路桥梁设计中,大跨连续梁已被广泛应用,悬臂浇筑施工工艺也已日趋成熟。由于连续梁与桥墩之间采用支座支撑,为了承受T构悬臂施工中产生的不平衡弯矩,需在墩顶设置临时固结措施。文章结合工程实际,介绍了某大桥连续箱梁悬臂现浇过程中,墩顶临时固结构造的设计做法,并对其进行了安全验算。
In the current design of railway and highway bridges, long-span continuous beams have been widely used, cantilever pouring construction technology has matured. Due to the support between the continuous beam and the piers, in order to withstand the unbalanced moment generated in the cantilever construction of the T-structure, temporary consolidation measures should be set at the top of the piers. Combined with engineering practice, this paper introduces the design of temporary consolidation structure of pier top during cantilever cast-in-place process of continuous box girder of a bridge, and carries out safety checking.
