用透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和多媒体显微镜观察慈竹浆纤维细胞壁的微细结构。用透射电子显微镜可以观察到:慈竹浆中含有薄壁纤维和厚壁纤维两种类型的纤维,厚壁纤维为多层结构,直径约为14μm,薄壁纤维为非多层结构,直径约为7μm;用扫描电子显微镜可以观察到:打浆前期,慈竹浆薄壁纤维和厚壁纤维细胞壁剥离出微纤维的难易相当;打浆中后期,薄壁纤维较容易剥离出微纤维,厚壁纤维难于剥离出微纤维。
Transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and multi-media microscopy microstructure of Tsz bamboo pulp fiber cell wall. Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) shows that Phyllostachys pubescens pulp contains two types of fibers: thin-walled fibers and thick-walled fibers. The thick-walled fibers have a multilayer structure with a diameter of about 14 μm. The thin-walled fibers are non-multi- 7μm. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) showed that in the early stage of beating, the difficulty of stripping out the micro-fibers in the thin-walled fibers and the thick-walled fiber cells of Tszhu pulp was quite comparable. In the middle and later stages of beating, the thin- Fibers are difficult to peel out of microfibers.
