At present, at least 80% of the energy we use is still traditional fossil fuels, which not only pollute the environment but also do not help sustainable development. Therefore, solar energy, wind energy and tidal energy have always been the clean energy pursued by the people. Among them, solar energy is regarded as inexhaustible clean energy, and many scientists are studying the breakthrough goal. Recently, researchers at the University of Waterloo, Canada, have found a new way to extract energy from electromagnetic waves. They use a superconducting material to create a medium that neither reflects nor transmits energy - it absorbs incident light in the nuclear state of polarization in a certain frequency range and greatly increases the efficiency of energy harvesting.
