本文从低碳马氏体及其回火结构有良好的强韧性配合的特性出发,探索了扩大ZG25钢应用范围的可能性;试验了热强化ZG25钢的常规力学性能、耐磨损耐擦伤性能和断裂韧性;对热强化钢与普通钢制的阀体进行了电测应力分析。试验表明,Z41H40闸阀阀体经热强化后,其机械性能至少可达到ZG45及某些低合金铸钢的水平,使承受40公斤/厘米~2压力的阀可以扩大应用到160公斤/厘米~2左右的压力,重量大为减轻,既充分发挥了25钢的潜力,利用其优良的工艺性能,又节约了材料,值得工业部门进一步探讨。我们还据此制成200公斤/厘米~2的高压泥浆阀,发往现场使用。
