10月中旬的房博会创了近几年房展会成交量的新低,而10月下半月杭州整体的销售成绩自然也是非常不如意。然而低潮中,南区却是当前市场为数不多的亮点。本期南区的销售成绩非常不错,主力军滨江区成交量列各区之首。本期滨江有10个楼盘有房源成交,区域半月97套的成交量让其他8大板块望其项背。东方郡、钱塘山水、海威国际和天鸿·君邑四个楼盘的成交量均在两位数。除了成交成绩突出,近期该区新盘同样踊跃推房。江南文苑、云厦·连园、华荣·风景蝶院和川海·视界之窗这些新盘都纷纷开盘推出房源。之江转塘板块本期成交了19套房源,也算是非常不错的销售成绩,这其中的原因要归功于老盘赞成·岭上的突然发力,6500元/平方米成交均价换来17套的成交量也在情理之中。
