目的:评价2001~2006年间我国卫生监督体系人员流动总体情况。方法:通过全国系统抽样,获取6年来卫生监督机构流动人员的年龄、学历、职称、专业和岗位等基本资料。结果:6年来,卫生监督体系总体上表现为人员净增加;现有人力素质综合得分为6.01分,而新进人员和流出人员的素质综合得分分别为6.27分和5.47分,已经初步形成了“高素质人员流入、低素质人员流出”氛围。
Objective: To evaluate the overall situation of personnel flow in China’s health supervision system from 2001 to 2006. Methods: Through the national systematic sampling, the basic information such as the age, education background, professional title, profession and post of migrant personnel in health supervision institutions in 6 years was obtained. Results: In the past six years, the health supervision system showed a net increase in personnel as a whole. The comprehensive score of the current manpower quality was 6.01 points, while the overall quality scores of newly recruited and discharged persons were 6.27 and 5.47 points, respectively, “High-quality personnel flow into, low-quality personnel outflow ” atmosphere.
