中央水柱(圖1)和分水器(图2)是煤矿上用的重要构件,按技术要求需用X28高铬鋼鑄造。这种鋼的含铬量很高,使金屬具有非常高的耐腐蝕和氧化能力,特别是对含硫多的水气。在正規的含铬量規定下,适当增高含碳量,能使晶粒不致过粗,增加鋼水流动性,并且不損害鋼的特殊物理性質,故一般都使鑄件含碳量达0.5%或更高。
Central water column (Figure 1) and water separator (Figure 2) is an important component used in coal mines, according to technical requirements required X28 high-chromium steel casting. The high chromium content of this type of steel gives the metal a very high resistance to corrosion and oxidation, especially to gases with high sulfur content. Under the provisions of the regular chromium content, the appropriate increase in carbon content, the grain can not be too coarse, increase the fluidity of molten steel, and does not damage the special physical properties of steel, it is generally made of carbon content of the casting up to 0.5% or higher.
