分析了斗齿闭式模锻过程的工艺方案,采用有限元软件DEFORM-3D对成形过程进行了数值模拟。揭示了斗齿闭式模锻过程的金属流动规律和变形力学特征,对斗齿闭式模锻过程的工艺和模具设计提供了指导。并用实验证明了该斗齿闭式模锻工艺的可行性。
The technological scheme of closed die forging process was analyzed. The forming process was simulated by finite element software DEFORM-3D. The metal flow rule and deformation mechanics characteristics of closed die forging process were revealed, which provided guidance for the process and mold design of closed die forging process. The feasibility of the closed die forging process was proved by experiments.
