传统胸中上段食管癌手术方式为颈、右胸、腹部三切口手术,手术涉及范围广、创伤大、并发症多、术后恢复慢。随着腔镜技术的进步及手术技巧的完善,胸、腹腔镜下食管癌根治性切除术逐步得到发展,其微创优势及良好的效果越来越受到外科医师的重视。2013年1月—2014年9月,我们采用胸、腹腔镜联合食管胃颈部吻合术治疗胸中上段食管癌30例,近期疗效满意。现分析报告如下。

With the improvement of endoscopic techniques and the improvement of operative techniques, radical resection of thoracic and laparoscopic esophageal cancer has been gradually developed, and its advantages of minimally invasive and good effects are increasingly valued by surgeons. From January 2013 to September 2014, we performed thoracic and laparoscopic esophagogastric anastomosis in the treatment of upper thoracic esophageal cancer in 30 cases, with satisfactory results in the near future.
