目的:探讨悬浮进样-恒温平台石墨炉原子吸收直接测定土壤中铅的检测方法。方法:土壤样品经研磨过100目筛,加入2 g/L琼脂悬浮剂10 ml和0.1 ml硝酸,充分混合振荡,以50μg/ml的硝酸钯为基体改进剂,采用恒温平台石墨炉原子吸收法直接进样测定。结果:方法检出限为1.0μg/L,在浓度为0μg/L~200μg/L时,线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9997,相对标准偏差RSD为2.3%~7.8%。以土壤标准物质作参照,测得值与标准值相符。结论:该法简便、快速、准确,不需对样品进行化学前处理,实现土壤样品中铅的快速分析。
Objective: To investigate the direct determination of lead in soil by suspension sampling-constant temperature graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Methods: The soil samples were ground through a 100 mesh sieve, and 10 ml of 2 g / L agar suspension and 0.1 ml of nitric acid were added. The mixture was thoroughly mixed and shaken. 50 g / ml of palladium nitrate was used as matrix modifier. The temperature was monitored by graphite furnace atomic absorption Direct injection measurement. Results: The detection limit of the method was 1.0μg / L. The linearity was good at the concentration of 0μg / L ~ 200μg / L, the correlation coefficient was 0.9997 and the relative standard deviation was 2.3% -7.8%. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, and does not require chemical pretreatment of samples for rapid analysis of lead in soil samples.
