太原钢铁公司所属的基本建设第四工程公司实行经济责任制,对各车间联利(润)包工,对经理、党委书记、科长、车间主任、支部书记、工程技术人员联责(任)计酬,对全体职工联产计酬,收到显著效果。一、干部责任制:经理、党委书记包全公司各项技术经济指标,主要是包利润。全公司完成月利润计划时,经理、书记得全公司职工当月平均奖;完成140%时,得职工平均奖的150%;完成200%以上时,得职工平均奖的200%。完成利润计划低于70%时,经理、书记基本工资向下浮动5~10%,
The fourth construction company under the Taiyuan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has implemented an economic responsibility system.
